Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What tissue sample types do you accept for spatial analysis?

A: We accept FFPE blocks, frozen tissue sections, and TMAs from human, mouse, and custom animal models.

Q: What is the turnaround time for PhenoCycler services?

A: Standard turnaround is generally 10 business days after the project scope, panel configuration, tissue requirements, sample readiness, and data deliverables are confirmed. Custom panel development, antibody validation, optimization, large cohorts, quantitative spatial analysis, and pathologist review may require additional time. Rush scheduling is available only after feasibility review.

Q: Do you provide board-certified pathologist review?

A: Yes. We offer optional comprehensive data review by MD/DVM board-certified pathologists.

Q: Can I customize my antibody panel (up to 60-plex)?

A: Yes. We can validate and integrate your specific antibodies into custom high-plex panels (10–60 markers).
